  Brilliant staff, really helpful and always doing all they can to get you back on the road as soon as possible Had an issue with my pedals, probably not the most difficult thing they’ll have to do but nevertheless, fully expected to have to leave the bike behind at it was 5.30 when I got there but they assessed the damage and fixed it there and then, I was out of the shop for 6.05 I’ve used them before and will definitely use them again

  Had an e-bike which was not brought from them, but it was not working and they were able to fix it in no time, also taking a look at my road bike after it traveling on a bike rack for a while, great service good call back have just ordered bike covers for the bike rack to protect work been done by them. Excellent team and very obliging. Definitely recommend.

  Cycle Works was recommended to me by a neighbour and I’m so glad I took his advice. Really pleased with the service and repairs that James and his team carried out on both my bikes. All staff very friendly and knowledgeable and it’s obvious they take a lot of pride in the work they do. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future and it’s the only place I’ll be recommending to friends, family and anyone else who asks. Top, top work!

  Visited today from the Midlands. The team there were so friendly and helpful. Really good amount of stock and had some brands in there which you can’t usually find in bike shops. Will definitely be heading back there! ⭐️

  Jamie, Tez and Jennie are an incredible team that do their very best to help you. From phoning the store for advice and Jennie doing what she says she will do and getting back to you when she says she will - through to the outputs of the service on the bike - is all excellent. Tez fully explained what specifically needed doing to the bike and what was advisory. There was no pressure and the advice and guidance was so helpful. My kona rides like a dream today. Great service, great professionalism, no gimmicks and generally an understanding of exactly what is needed and why. I’m a very happy new to you customer

  My bike chain snapped whilst on a ride today . Thanks to cycle works Yorkshire I’m back on the road with a new chain and rear cassette. Fast,efficient,quality craftsmanship at the heart of Yorkshire. Really nice people there shop is something special and they support many many local businesses due to the products they source as locally as possible.   Called in today. I don’t have a clue about bikes just knew that I’d broken mine and was relaying messages between the staff and my Gfs cousin on the phone. The guys in the shop were mega helpful and between them figured out what I needed. Cheers guys.

  Quality service, put my dropper post in for me on my new e-bike, I wasn’t confident in dropping the motor as it’s all new to me, it was done a lot sooner than I expected! I’ll be back😂😂🚴⛰🚴⛰
